Walks
-Do some walks around (or up) the Glasshouse Mountains (see Qld National Parks and Wildlife). There are plenty to choose from. You can even walk in 10 minutes to the main scenic lookout for the Glasshouse Mountains.
Balloon Flight
-Glide over Glasshouse on a balloon flight with Skydrifter Balloons. This must be the best possible way to see the wonderful shapes of these spectacular mountains.
Cruise on the Moloolaba river with Caloundra cruises (30 mins).

Historical
Around the corner from us is an old Cobb & Co. staging post, with the original boarding house (Banksfoot House), which is currently being restored. 12 Km away is Woodford, a charming village which seems to be stuck in a 50's timewarp, famouse for it's Summer Folk Festival. Near Australia Zoo is the interesting Landborough Historical Museum. There's also a fascinating European museum of art and archeology called the Abbey Museum (25 mins) and the Caboolture Historic Village (15 mins) on the way to Bribie Island.Markets
